Comes in a clear bottle with rhinestones on the screw off top, and liberally dripping down the rest of the bottle creating and elegant and luxurious feel and look. Apply to clean well maintained lips! Colors are a shine matte finish when it dries. A little oil will shine the colors if you’d like more shine and moisture.

Use instructions
Prepare lips before use by removing dead and peeling skin for a smooth application.  Unscrew the applicator and apply evenly to your top lip and then to your bottom lip. Application is best done when the mouth is opened slightly and beginning with top lip, smooth gloss from center to corner, following its natural shape. Repeat on bottom lip. Gently rub lips together to ensure a full coverage of the lips. Product can be removed with soap and water,  Vaseline, oils, and make up remover.
